Secret Pleasure

Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce. All alone for dinner - need something fast. Freshly steamed asparagus dressed in silky smooth buttery rich lemony Hollandaise. Oo la la.

Or even more decadent, blanch asparagus, shake with olive oil, fresh cracked pepper...and grill it.
Serve with balsamic vinegar to dip the sparrow grass in.
Last had this with double thick lamb chops, corn on the cob.
Yowza.
