Now why would you even consider using any other condiment anyway?
Two friends from Virginia were here last month and resupplied us with a Padow's country ham and four quarts of Dukes.

In France I'm lucky if I find mayo at ALL. I never realized how much I loved the stuff....
But Ren, mayo IS French. Have you not ever seen the Maurice Chevalier routine wherein he sings of the joys of Paris and "...the mayonnaise..."?
